Flatbed Laser Cutting Series

The FB1500 laser cutting machine has been designed to handle larger format material to give even more versatility and higher production rates. In co-ordination with the optional roll handling system, large quantities of production can be achieved with minimal user interaction.

The FB1500 combines versatility and performance producing an outstanding production machine.

As well as high speed laser cutting, rastering is also available enabling the creation of images or photographs onto a range of media from paper to plastics. The FB1500 Flat Bed laser cutter uses a sealed CO2 laser, which is a certified Class 1 laser product.

The laser is controlled by the cutting software that is included with this machine.

Adjustments may be made to the laser cutting speed and the power so a fine, clean, accurate depth of cut may be achieved. The control of cutting is so accurate, you can even etch onto paper. A cross-flow extraction system draws away the fumes by sending a flow of air across the bed during cutting.

To achieve a clean cut edge, an irrigation system is attached to the cutting head which sends a stream of air or inert gas to the point of cut.
