Due to increased demands for higher automation, we have developed a wide range of custom laser cutting machines, specific for individual applications.

This has allowed us to increase our range of standard machines, the latest addition being the FB1800.

As well as high speed laser cutting, rastering is also available enabling the creation of images or photographs onto a range of media from paper to plastics.

The FB18000 Flat Bed laser cutting machine uses a sealed CO2 air cooled laser. The laser is controlled by the cutting software that is included with this machine.

Adjustments may be made to the cutting speed and the power so a fine, clean, accurate depth of cut may be achieved.

The control of the laser cutting is so accurate, you can even etch onto paper. A cross-flow extraction system draws away the fumes by sending a flow of air across the bed during cutting.

To achieve a clean cut edge, an irrigation system is attached to the cutting head which sends a stream of air or inert gas to the point of cut.
