Laser Engraving

The GraphixScan Laser engraving machine can engrave images, text, logos and textures on finished items or raw materials including fleece, denim, leather, wood and plastic. This is achieved by the laser removing the dye or surface of the fabric.

Each design is reproduced at high speed with precision every time. The GraphixScan is controlled by our advanced laser marking software giving total control of laser engraving
speed and power. Vectors and bitmaps may be imported into the software for engraving.

The largest of our GraphixScan laser range is able to laser engrave 1800mm x 1800mm and maintain a 0.5mm spot size across the entire bed. Laser engraving speeds up to 24 metres
a second and an optional conveyor make this a high volume production machine.

Laser engraving is used in a wide variety of industries including the automotive, fashion and leather industries. Laser cutting is also possible on many materials including, leather, denim, alcantara. The GraphixScan is a truly versatile machine.
