Optical Cutting System
Optically Aligned Cutting (OptoCut) uses a small video camera mounted on the laser cutter head. Our sophisticated software uses the camera to detect registration marks on the material enabling precision cutting. The built in software allows compensation for any distortion.
Conveyor
This automatic conveyor system allows for continuous cutting of shapes from a roll of fabric. An option of bite feeding within the software gives the ability to cut shapes bigger than the standard cutting length of 990mm.
Shuttle Tray
This allows for unloading and loading of one tray while the laser cuts material or objects on the other.
Roll Feed
This feed option allows for shapes to be cut from the roll. A roll holder is incorporated and cut shapes are automatically collected in a handy drawer.
